How do we price?
We know every property is unique. That's why we don't do one-size-fits-all pricing — your quote is carefully tailored to your home's size, condition, and the specific services you need to get the best results.
What is the best month to clean windows?
It depends on your location and climate, and we offer flexible scheduling either way. In general it's best to avoid cleaning windows during extreme temperatures or when it's raining. Spring and fall are usually good times, thanks to mild weather and less pollen making its way inside through open windows during washing.
Will pressure washing damage my roof or siding?
Not the way we do it. Roofs and siding get a low-pressure soft wash with the appropriate treatment rather than high-pressure blasting, which strips shingle granules and drives water behind cladding. High pressure is reserved for hard surfaces like concrete and pavers that can take it.
Do I need to be home during the service?
For exterior-only work, no — as long as we have access to the property and an outdoor water tap. We'll confirm before we arrive and let you know when we're done. Interior window cleaning does require someone to let us in.
How often should exterior cleaning be done?
In this climate most homes do well with gutters cleared twice a year, a house wash annually, and a roof treatment every one to three years depending on tree cover and shade. We'll give you an honest read on your property rather than putting you on an unnecessary schedule.
